Our life these days is in the café we opened recently. We are here day in and day out with little bits of other interesting endeavours tucked into the folds of our café aprons. Meaningful conversations are happening, and deep relationships are being forged. We hope the café will be like a community garden where Christians are allowed to plant seeds; we aren’t planting alone. We envision that this place will be so much more than a café, more akin to a public living room. We never know who is about to walk in the doors. It is not only strangers who come to the café but also friends. What a treat to see familiar faces sit down for a while and laugh and pray together. Pray that the Holy Spirit will lead people here who are seeking for truth.
