Between mid-May and early June, almost all of our programs for children and adults come to an end. It has been an intense year, full of challenges, but also of precious opportunities to serve, meet, and bless many people in the name of Jesus.
The seed is sown not only through practical help, but also by sharing Bible stories which, as God’s Word, is living and active. Recently, a little girl said to us, “We are Muslims and we don’t believe in Jesus, but in Mohammed, but I prefer Jesus.” A few weeks later she asked, “Does Jesus love those who don’t pray to Him too?” That day we had talked about asking forgiveness, so questions like these open precious opportunities to share who the Lord Jesus is. Before the course ended, two North African women, from our adult classes, asked for Bibles. Pray that God’s Word will deeply transform these lives.
